Issue Teams are groups formed from our members to work on implementing positive changes on selected topics.  Those attending the June 30th meeting, chose the following:

Jim Akers headed up our members to list those issues that were important to them.  Out of the list of a dozen or more, the above six were chosen to start working on.

Each group will then meet during the monthly meeting to discuss how we will begin working on implementing ways to make positive changes and better our government.  All the issues affect each and every one of us and this team effort will be a positive way we can make changes happen.

Be sure to check back often, we will have current news, progress reports, ways in which you can help, and pictures of us in action.  It is never too late to become active, contact the team leader or check for updates on meeting times and places.
